The Cost Limit by means of default is 12 during the alpha check segment of the sport. Players can equip any combination of spells that they like, however if the value of the ready spells exceeds the Cost Limit, players will no longer be capable of forged all the spells they've prepared unless they find a way to boom their Knowledge stat Dark And Darker Gold.
